Beautiful flow blue dinner plate by Cliff in the Lucerne Pattern.  Features an interconnecting vine of blue flowers with a motif decoration breaking up the pattern in thirds.  There is a little discolouration and a  couple of flea bites on the surface of the plate.  Please refer to pictures for details.  The gold gilt rim is barely visible but the wear the plate exhibits lends to it's romance.
