The Black Rose is an historical fiction written by Canadian Journalist become novelist Thomas B. Costain (1885-1965). It tells the story of a 13th Century Saxon who travels to Cathay (China) in search of his fortune.
Published in 1945 by Doubleday, Doran & Co., Inc. New York, this book is in overall good condition. There is fraying on the spine and wear on the edges of the cover and back however the pages are all intact, clear and readable.
Are you looking for an escape from the everyday monotony? I suggest adding this book to your cart for a journey into history.
